Returns Tracking & Delivery

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, Doll! We do! Please choose international shipping upon check out. If you need your item sooner, please contact us via email First or call our Customer Care to ensure Fast Safe Delivery.

What is your returns policy? 

 

Here at the The British Dollhouse, we strive to keep up with all the latest trends and fashions. All pieces are limited supply in order to continue to bring new products. All items are FINAL SALE. Refunds and Returns are issued only as STORE CREDIT with items to be returned within 7 Days of delivery date. Returned items must be received unworn with no odor, no stain, no alterations, tag still attached, no damages to fabric or threading. If returned in these conditions, items will be shipped back to you and CREDIT is VOID. Doll (customer) is responsible for return shipping fees. We do not issue return labels. Our return address is on your package. No exchanges on SWIMWEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL. NO EXCHANGES unless stated by a British Doll House associate prior to returning item. Please ensure you speak with a BDH representative prior to returning any items. No exceptions.

 

Customers Duties & Other Fees 

 

Doll (customer) is responsible for return shipping fees. NO EXCHANGES unless stated by a British Doll House associate. NO exceptions! Returned items must be received unworn with no odor, no stain, no alterations, tag still attached, no damages to fabric or threading. If returned in these conditions, items will be shipped back to you and CREDIT is VOID.

How do I track my order?

 

Upon placing order, Please allow up to 48-72 hours for a tracking number to be sent to the email address provided upon purchase. The British Dollhouse is not responsible for incorrect spelling formats of email provided from costumer during check out. If you have not received your tracking number please give us a call at our Customer Care for assistance. Or send direct message via Instagram.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

The British Dollhouse strives to give our Dolls Top quality when it comes to fashion. If in the rare instance an item is received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. The British Dollhouse will issue store credit if items and size you requested are no longer available. The British Dollhouse is NOT responsible if our customer makes purchase at checkout for wrong size or color. Store credit issued only. Customer responsible for Return Shipping.

 

What are your Delivery options?  

 

Standard Shipping delivery wait of 3-7 business days on shipping. Not including payment approval and item processing. If you need sooner please contact our Customer Care for options. The British Dollhouse also offers local delivery in the area of Miami, Fl for delivery fee. Please contact via Email, Call, Or Instagram for Florida Same Day deliveries. Option also available upon payment. (For safety of our associates, Same Day delivery available during business hours)
